The voluntary and devoted action of employees to take part in the "Shift of Sacrifice"

According to Communications and International Affairs, citing the Public Relations of IDEM, in a commendable action, the committed and specialized employees of this company spontaneously and responsibly announced in writing their readiness to cooperate in the form of the "Shift of Sacrifice" for a period of two weeks. Among other points of the valuable solidarity of the employees toward increasing the production of IDEM is the announcement of readiness by a considerable number of colleagues to voluntarily allocate part of their salary and wages to participate in strengthening operational capacity after the Ramadan war. This rare move is considered a clear manifestation of solidarity, cohesion, organizational commitment and responsibility of the great IDEM family, which is a source of pride in the critical days that our dear homeland Iran is in. It is worth mentioning that the management of IDEM, while honoring this valuable action, has announced its appreciation for the companionship and solidarity of all dear colleagues and expressed hope that with the continuation of this spirit, the path of progress and excellence of the organization will be traversed more rapidly than in the past.
