Dr. Zeynali, CEO and member of the board of directors of IDEM, by issuing a message, congratulated the respected colleagues on International Worker's Day. The text of the message is as follows;

In the Name of God, the Most Exalted. Dear and hardworking colleagues of the great IDEM family, greetings and respect. The arrival of International Workers' Day is a valuable opportunity to honor your sincere and ceaseless efforts; a day on which the world pays tribute to the unparalleled role of workers in advancing industry and building prosperous societies. On the eve of this great day, being among you in the production line was a source of pride and encouragement for me. What was clearly observed was a manifestation of your solidarity, unity and firm resolve in facing difficulties and overcoming the recent imposed challenges; challenges that, fortunately, a significant part of them are on the path to being resolved and improved at IDEM. Your enthusiastic and responsible presence from the first hours of the company's reopening after the forced closure is the greatest spiritual asset and an added motivation for continuing this arduous path. I hereby offer my congratulations and sincere appreciation, on behalf of the company's management team, to you dear ones. This day is an occasion every year to appreciate the effort, commitment and jihadi spirit of you esteemed colleagues in all units; because protecting human capital is at the top of the strategic priorities of IDEM's management. Undoubtedly, the effects and damages caused by the storm of the forty-day war of the holy month of Ramadan will be part of our collection's bitter but lasting memories. However, what has kept our path clear is your firm will and high aspiration, you honorable workers, who play a decisive role as the driving force of this collection. Despite all these hardships, the production process at the company has resumed with strength and speed, and the reconstruction of the damaged sections is underway. It is hoped that with your efforts and diligence, dear ones, in this year too we will witness achievements beyond last year's valuable records. Undoubtedly, a bright future awaits this collection, and relying on solidarity, hope and firm will, we will continue this path with strength.
