According to the public relations of IDEM Company, as part of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade's domestic manufacturing movement program and the holding of the third specialized roundtable of the automotive and copper industry in Tabriz, Dr. Sadeghi Niaraki, respected Deputy for Industrial Affairs of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the accompanying delegation visited IDEM Tabriz on 23 Aban and toured the diesel engine production and assembly lines, the passenger engine assembly, and the specialized capabilities and idle capacities of IDEM Company.
During this visit, the CEO presented a report to the Deputy Minister on the agreements concluded toward domestic manufacturing and self-sufficiency and on IDEM Company's upcoming plans regarding financial structure reform and the revenue model for optimal use of existing capacities with an approach of economic return for the organization.
During this visit, Dr. Niaraki, emphasizing the necessity of maximum use of existing capacities and the development and increase of the depth of domestic manufacturing of engine parts and assemblies, announced readiness that the Deputy for Industrial Affairs of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, in line with realizing the directives of the Supreme Leader and the emphasis of the respected Minister, will spare no assistance in improving production conditions at IDEM Company and overcoming its current problems.
